Masai Mara Safari lodges : Masai Mara National Reserve is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. Its animals include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration. The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek rivers.
You will be picked from your hotel at 6:30am and transferred to Moi Airport if staying North Coast or at Ukunda airstrip if staying in South Coast for your scheduled flight to Masai Mara. Flight leaves at 7:30 from Mombasa Airport and 8.00am from Ukunda Airstrip, flight takes about 2 hours to Masai Mara.
After breakfast you will have a full day game drive (1 morning game drive and 1 Afternoon game drive) with picnic lunch. Masai Mara is a home for the big 5, which includes Lions, cheetah, Elephants, Buffaloes, Rhinos. Leopard, gnus, , zebras, antelopes, dik dik are among the wildlife here and hundreds of bird life, you can opt for an early morning balloon safari at extra cost, this can be arranged in advance at our office. After breakfast you will have the last Game drive until lunch time. Lunch in the bush then transfer to the airstrip for your scheduled flight, which departs at 2:00pm. On arrival at approximately 4:30pm you will be met by our driver and transferred back to your hotel in North Coast or South coast.
