TERMS & CONDITIONS
CHILDREN (S) DISCOUNTS: Children(s) aged 2 – 11 years are entitled to 50% discount on road safaris when staying with two Adults and 25% on Air safaris.
CANLELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 90 to 30 days before departure will be charged 30% of the total agreed price, from 30 to 7 days will be charged 50% and from 7 days to 48Hrs will be termed as a no show and are subject to no refund.
TRANSPORT:
All Buses/jeeps and or Aircraft used by means of Road or Air transport are Insured according to (IATA) International standards and to the Laws of the licensing country.
For the safety of our clients we work with AMREF for quick evacuation & medical attention in case of an emergency during your safari, however, arrangements MUST be made in advance before safari for one to be covered and relevant fees will be applicable at extra cost.
Car, minibus, land-cruisers or coaches will be provided according to route and number of clients.
The right is reserved to employ the services of sub-contractors. English speaking driver / guides are provided.
BAGGAGE:
Baggage limit in all domestic flights are restricted to 15kgs in soft bags, in case of excess baggage you will be charged the extra baggage weight by the airline concerned. Please use lockable suitcases for safety reasons.
SUB-HIRE.
Ringo Adventure Safaris herein referred as an agent for the client, has the right to hire or sub-hire the services of third party either in transport or the whole service as may be rendered by self.
Car, minibus, land-cruisers or coaches will be provided according to route and number of clients and as per client’s request when booking.
PRICES: Prices shown on our tariffs and or our website are based on costs prevailing and are subjected to change without notice.
Rates will include all expenses in respect of vehicle and drives as per itinerary, table d’hote meals on Safari, entrance fees to national parks and game reserves, and other attractions. Does not include fees for the Masai villages.
ACCOMMODATION: Based on two persons sharing in a twin (double) room with private bath are provided where possible. Single rooms are available at additional cost but cannot be guaranteed.
Single Room Supplement (SRS): ($.55 on road safari & $.75 on Air safari) this may change according to the lodge- Hotels/lodges are named as an indication of category and rooms may be reserved at other similar hotels/lodges with same class.
TOUR ALTERATION: The Company reserves the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operations of scheduled tours if necessary.
Ringo Adventure Safaris has the right to decline to accept or retain any person in the tour whose behaviors or activities may risk the lives of other participants, in which case an equitable amount will be refunded.
LIABILITY: The Company and its agents act only as agents of the client (s) in all matters relating to hotel / lodge accommodation, tour transport, etc and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner.
The company’s liabilities to passengers carried in its own vehicles is governed by the laws of the country in which the tour takes place, and no other country. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Law in the country.
The company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to baggage or any other personal items. However, for follow up reasons all claims MUST be filled in writing within a day of occurrence which the action arises.
COMPLAINS & DISPUTES: while every care is been taken to ensure that our clients are happy and satisfied, as a human being, mishap may occur. In that case we solve all problems and complaints by discussing and not confrontation.
In case of any misunderstanding or you were not happy during your safari, please refer the case to the director or one of our senior officials in our office for proper follow up.
BOOKING & PAYMENTS:
Bookings will only be confirmed upon receiving your signed booking contract and a 20% deposit which is non-refundable. Balance to be paid 2 days before departure date if in cash and 7 days before departure date if by credit card or bank transfer.
Please note that when paying through bank transfer all bank charges from your side will be paid by you. We are also be charged by our bank to receive the funds.
